Rosacea is a chronic skin condition affecting the central parts of the face and is characterised by several symptoms which can all be present or only one or two. You may find that your rosacea is triggered or worsened by certain foods, drinks or activities. Known triggers include:

• Caffeine
• Cheese
• Hot drinks
• Spicy food
• Stress
• Hot and cold weather, heating, water, etc 

Your triggers may not include all or any of these things, but you may find it useful to try to identify your own triggers and avoid them.
